1.1 Order Processing
All orders are freshly prepared upon confirmation to ensure the highest quality and taste.

•    Custom cakes may require [48–72 hours] advance notice.

1.2 Delivery Timings
•    Deliveries are available between [11:00 AM – 11:00 PM] on all days
•    Customers can select preferred delivery slots during checkout (subject to availability)

1.3 Delivery Coverage
•    We currently deliver only within Doha City Limits.
•    For other locations, please contact us on +974 31022023 before placing order.

1.4 Delivery Charges
•    We deliver Free of Charge within Doha Limits.
•    Free delivery is applied only for orders above QAR 50/- 

1.5 Same-Day & Urgent Orders
•    For Custom Cakes Same-day delivery is subject to availability and product type.
•    We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.

1.6 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable:
•    Our delivery person will attempt to contact the customer.
•    If delivery fails, re-delivery charges will apply.

1.7 Product Handling
Our products are perishable and sensitive to temperature.
Customers are advised to:
•    Refrigerate cakes upon receipt if not intended to be consumed immediately.
•    Consume within the recommended time mentioned on packaging.
