Delivery Policy
- Due to the restricted shelf life and potential for melting, we will contact the recipient to ensure availability at the delivery address. Surprise deliveries are not permitted.
- We deliver on all 365 days of the year (including Fridays and Public Holidays).
- Please provide a regular street address with nearby landmarks for faster delivery.
- All deliveries will be executed within the specified time slots. If a delivery is made outside this timeframe, it does not entitle the customer to compensation.
